I purchased 2 of these as gifts for my daughters. One of them liked it & the other didn’t care for the color (olive). I assessed it as 4 stars because I was disappointed with the return process. I believe I was only afforded a store credit because of the policy for return days - buy I’m not certain as there was no explanation. I may have been outside the return days as it was ordered early for Christmas & took quite a long time for it to ship to me. Arrived 1-2 days before Christmas. Seems like there would be some grace given during holiday returns, especially in light of the ongoing shipping crisis…nevertheless, all of the items I ordered were quality. I will gift my store credit to someone who can use it in an effort to continue supporting this small business. Again, quality items but beware of return policy.
